How much does each export cost in credits?⌄
One $5 pack gives you 30 credits — enough for 30 clean PNGs, 15 PDFs, or 10 BPMN XML exports (or any mix).
What if my credits expire?⌄
Credits expire 60 days after purchase. We'll email you a heads-up before they lapse so you have time to spend them. Expired credits aren't refundable, so it's usually best to buy just-in-time rather than stockpile.
Can I refund unused credits?⌄
Credit purchases are non-refundable once delivered, but if an export render fails on our side, we automatically refund the credits we charged for it. Full policy in Terms §4.3–4.4.
What happens to my credits if I upgrade to Pro?⌄
Your unused credits carry over and stay dormant while you're subscribed (Pro and Team include unlimited exports, so you don't need to spend them). If you ever downgrade or cancel within the 60-day window, they reactivate and you can use them like any other credit pack.
Can I stack multiple packs?⌄
Yes. Buy as many packs as you like — credits stack into one balance. Exports draw from the oldest pack first (FIFO) so you don't accidentally let older packs expire while newer ones sit unused.
I just need a quick PNG — do I have to pay?⌄
No — PNG export with a small BPMN AI watermark is free on every plan, including Free, and costs zero credits. Spend 1 credit to drop the watermark, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited watermark-free exports.
